The proximity to the beach and the fun, engaging waterpark made our stay memorable. We also appreciated the attentive housekeeping that kept our room clean and organized throughout our visit.

Awesome place with great amenities like wi-fi in rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, and a kids club. The staff once helped me with directions to attractions, which I remember fondly. I’m coming back for Christmas!

we had a great time at chrispy waterpark resort! the water slides were fun and my kids loved the unlimited ice cream. we always found loungers by the pool, even in aug. food was pretty good too, loads of choices. We saw them cook some dishes right there which was cool. the staff were super friendly and really hustled to keep everything running smoothly.

The snack bar was a highlight, with kids enjoying unlimited ice cream throughout the day. We appreciated how easy it was to find loungers by the pool, even during peak times. The garden view from our room made our mornings feel special and refreshing.

The staff were just amazing, always smiling and keen to help. The entertainment team kept my kids busy every day with games and dancing. Plus, special food for my celiac daughter? Lekker!

But ja, the main pool could do with more shade. it was a bit of a mission finding a spot for the kids away from the sun.

The pool area lacked adequate safety measures with no lifeguard present!!! More variety in snack options could enhance family experiences!!! Consistent maintenance of pool cleanliness would improve guest satisfaction!!!

the food was abosultey horrendous, same every day, and don’t get me started on the so-called entertainment which was just noise. also, I'm appalled that the staff didn’t even offer me a little extra treat for my troubles. it’s like nobody values their guests here. honestly, i almost wrote a good review but just couldn't.

the family room was spacious with a fridge, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. the kids loved the water slides and the infinity pool. we enjoyed yummy salads and freshly baked breads daily. the staff, especially the entertainment team, kept everyone engaged with fun activities. the spa offered great massage services to unwind after a day of adventures.
